Found this item at a bin store where the items are thrown in bins at different prices with or without original packaging. This adapter came in original box. I opened box to take pictures and tore the label, I taped it back on. Box has scuffs from being tossed in the bins. See pics of actual item. ID 41425-50ynbnz
